“Remember that you are always loved. You are always protected, and you are never alone. You are spirit. All you have to do is to reawaken to the memory, to remember.”

A 7-Day Invitation
to Come Back to Yourself

You've been moving fast for a long time. Carrying a lot, holding it together.
This is seven days of putting it down.

Remember who you are.
Reclaim your power.
Repattern what no longer serves you.
Radiate your true identity.

For many of us, the patterns shaping our lives were formed long before we became aware of them. They live quietly in the nervous system, the body, and the subconscious mind – influencing how we think, feel, and move through the world.

The 7-Day Remembering is a guided initiation into the work of reclaiming your inner authority.

Through a sequence of daily audio journeys and reflective prompts, you’ll begin gently unwinding the patterns that keep you disconnected from your true self.

This isn’t about becoming someone new.

It’s about remembering who you have always been beneath conditioning.

Choose the Remembering Path

Who This is For:

This journey is for the person who has been the strong one for too long.

The one who has built a life that looks right from the outside but feels hollow from the inside. And who has tried to think their way through something that lives deeper than thought.

You don't need experience with meditation or hypnosis. You only need the willingness to show up for yourself for seven days.

What You’ll Experience:

Over the course of seven days, you will move through a sequence of practices designed to support nervous system regulation, subconscious exploration, and identity transformation.

Each day includes:

  • a guided audio journey (~ 15 minutes each)

  • short journal prompts for reflection and integration

Together these practices create a simple yet powerful rhythm for reconnecting with your inner landscape.

A woman with long braids, wearing a white dress with puffed sleeves, stands outdoors with her eyes closed as the sun rises or sets behind her, creating a warm glow and lens flare, with leafless tree branches visible.

What Unfolds over Seven Days

Over the next seven days, you’ll begin to step into the process of remembering – gently, intentionally, and at your own pace. Each day is short enough to fit into a life, and deep enough to shift something in it.

Day 1 – Nervous System Grounding
Begin by settling the nervous system and returning to the breath – the foundation for deeper inner work.

Day 2 – Entering Trance
Learn how to gently enter a receptive state where the subconscious mind becomes accessible.

Day 3 – Remembering Your Gift
Return to yourself and remember the gift you came here to carry.

Day 4 – Releasing Conditioning
Begin dissolving patterns and beliefs that no longer serve your growth.

Day 5 – Repatterning the Subconscious
Introduce new subconscious pathways aligned with your authentic identity.

Day 6 – Embodiment Practice
Anchor your inner transformation into the body through visualization and energetic alignment.

Day 7 – Integration & Future Self
Integrate the journey and connect with the version of yourself that is already emerging.
