Privacy Policy

Your Story is Sacred

When you step into this work, you may share personal stories, emotions, and experiences. I hold all of this as sacred and confidential – not merely as a legal obligation, but as a fundamental expression of the care and respect this work requires.

Information I Collect

  • Basic contact details (name, email, phone).

  • Intake and consent forms, including health information you choose to disclose.

  • Session notes, recordings, or transcripts (with your explicit permission).

  • Payment information, collected securely through trusted third-party providers.

How Your Information Is Used

  • To provide services and follow up with you between sessions.

  • To maintain records that support the continuity and depth of our work together.

  • To keep you informed about future offerings – only ever with your consent.

Your information is never sold, shared, or used for any purpose beyond supporting your care.

Third-Party Services

Payment processing is handled through secure third-party providers. These providers maintain their own privacy policies, and I encourage you to review them. I do not store your payment details directly.

Confidentiality & Exceptions

I am committed to maintaining your confidentiality in accordance with the ethical standards of my practice and applicable Canadian privacy law. The only exceptions are:

  • If required by law – for example, in situations involving imminent risk of harm to yourself or others.

  • If you give explicit written permission for specific information to be shared.

Testimonials shared publicly will always remain anonymous unless you specifically request otherwise. You may withdraw your testimonial at any time.

Storage & Security

Your information is stored securely – digitally in encrypted files or physically in a locked space. Only I have access to your records. Client information is retained only for as long as is necessary to support your care and fulfill any legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted or destroyed.

Your Rights

In accordance with PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act) and applicable Canadian privacy legislation, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information I hold about you.

  • Request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete information.

  • Request deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal retention requirements.

To exercise any of these rights, please reach out directly.

A Spiritual Vow

Your privacy is not just a legal requirement. It is a spiritual vow.

Everything shared within this circle is honored with respect, discretion, and an unwavering devotion to your sovereignty. Your story belongs to you. It always will.

With care,
