By entering this space, you are stepping into a circle of care, devotion, and integrity. The services I provide are rooted in Breathwork, Depth Hypnosis, somatic trauma therapy, and other integrative healing modalities. While these practices may support emotional and spiritual wellbeing, they are not a substitute for medical treatment, psychiatric care, or professional therapy.

If you are currently experiencing a psychiatric condition, severe depression, or are under the care of a mental health professional, I encourage you to consult with your provider before engaging in this work.

Agreement of Participation

By booking or participating in any session with Gabriela Nova, you agree:

• You are engaging in this work by your own free will.

• You acknowledge that I am not a licensed physician, psychologist, or psychiatrist.

• These offerings are intended as complementary, not as a replacement for medical or mental health care.

• You are responsible for your own health, wellbeing, and the decisions that arise from this work.

Liability

I will always hold you with compassion and care, but I cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. By participating, you release me from liability for any physical, emotional, or psychological experiences that may arise during or after our work together.

Scheduling & Payment

• Sessions must be scheduled in advance.

• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• Cancellations require 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at 50% of the session fee. No-shows will be charged in full.

Canadian Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, where my practice and insurance are held. By engaging in this work, you agree that any legal matters will be handled under Canadian jurisdiction.

Stepping into this circle means entering into sacred agreement – one based on mutual respect, responsibility, and devotion to truth.
